Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

What our scheduling system is like

If you’re experiencing severe discomfort or are facing an emergency, we’ll do our best to schedule your appointment with Dr. Tsvetov for the same day.

We value our patient’s time and wish to help everyone without delay. However, Dr. Tsvetov sees many patients with a wide variety of specific needs, and unforeseen circumstances may occur. This often makes it difficult to predict exactly how long an appointment will take.

Whatever the case, we try as best we can to follow the set schedule and minimize wait times. We’re grateful for your cooperation and understanding.

How to cancel your appointment

If you need to cancel your free consultation appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If a patient fails to do so, we won’t be able to offer them the consultation for free any longer. They will need to cover the cost of the appointment and X-rays on their own.

If a patient doesn’t reschedule their procedure 48 hours in advance, they’ll have to pay their co-pay in full before they can reschedule. If they don’t have co-pay, a $200 fee will be requested before we can reschedule. We only refund this fee if the patient makes it to the rescheduled appointment.

Also, procedures that are scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays and aren’t cancelled on time can’t be moved to another Thursday or Friday.
