How to cancel a consultation
If you have to cancel your initial appointment, please do it more than 48 hours in advance. In case a patient misses their appointment without notifying us within this time frame, we won’t offer the consultation for free any longer.
How to cancel a procedure
If you miss or cancel your surgical procedure less than 48 hours beforehand, you have to pay the full co-pay amount before you can reschedule it. If there isn’t any co-pay, we’ll charge you a $200 booking fee, which will be refunded on the day of the surgery. If you miss this new appointment without letting us know 48 hours in advance, this fee won’t be refunded.
