Expert dental care for lasting results
Missing teeth can affect more than your smile. They can change the way you eat, speak, and feel about yourself. Whether you’re struggling with uncomfortable dentures or looking for a permanent solution to missing teeth, you deserve care that helps you feel like yourself again.
At our practice, Dr. Tsvetov combines advanced surgical expertise with a thoughtful, personalized approach to dental implants. As an experienced dental implant specialist serving Victorville and surrounding communities, he takes the time to understand your concerns, evaluate your oral health, and recommend solutions designed for comfort, function, and long-term success.
Finding the right solution for you
No two smiles are exactly alike, and your dental implant treatment shouldn’t be either. If you’re missing most or all of your teeth, full-arch dental implants can offer a stable, natural-looking alternative to traditional dentures. Options such as All-on-4® and All-on-6 implants in Temecula use strategically placed implants to support a full set of replacement teeth.
But more implants don’t necessarily mean better results. Dr. Tsvetov carefully evaluates your jawbone, bite, and overall oral health using advanced 3D imaging to determine the most appropriate approach. For some patients, four implants provide the support they need. Others may benefit from six or a different configuration.

What you'll learn from your free evaluation
Your free consultation includes X-rays and a Cone Beam scan. Our dentist implant specialist also goes over the diagnostic imaging to clarify:
- Which existing teeth have a reasonable chance of being saved
- Whether each jaw requires a different approach
- How much usable bone is present at the proposed sites
- How All-on-4® cost is calculated for your recommended treatment
- How medications and health conditions affect eligibility
- Which anesthesia choices suit your case
- The likely sequence of visits and any additional procedures
Experience matters. So does having a dentist implant specialist who listens.
Choosing full arch implants is a big decision, and you deserve to feel confident in the person caring for your smile. Whether you’re from Victorville or the region, when you choose Dr. Tsvetov, you’re working with a top surgeon who takes the time to understand your needs and stays involved in your care from your first consultation through treatment and recovery.
Using detailed 3D scans, he carefully plans your procedure around your unique anatomy. He’ll explain whether you need bone grafting, where implants can be safely placed, and why he recommends a particular approach. You’ll always know what to expect and have the opportunity to ask questions along the way.
Frequently Asked Questions
Getting older doesn’t automatically rule out a fixed replacement. What matters more is whether the jaw can support the posts and whether medical conditions or medications could affect healing. Dr. Tsvetov reviews concerns such as uncontrolled diabetes, previous radiation to the jaws, and certain osteoporosis treatments during the evaluation.
Patients from Victorville considering All-on-4® dentures may still be eligible later in life, but the recommendation must reflect their individual health and imaging results. Someone who has worn removable dentures for many years may also need a closer look at remaining bone volume. Age alone doesn’t determine whether surgery is appropriate.
No. If your upper jaw needs a complete restoration but the lower one is still healthy, treating both isn’t automatically necessary. During your assessment, Dr. Tsvetov evaluates your bite to understand how the new bridge would function against the opposing teeth. He also checks whether the jaw being treated has enough bone to support the planned posts.
When both jaws need treatment, full arch implants may be recommended for each, but the procedures don’t necessarily have to happen at the same time. The condition of the bone and your overall health can influence the sequence. During your consultation, Dr. Tsvetov can explain whether restoring one arch first makes sense or if addressing both together would be more appropriate.
Not typically. For eligible patients, Dr. Tsvetov can complete the surgical preparation and secure a fixed provisional bridge during a single visit. Whether this is possible depends on the stability achieved during surgery. The new foundation must then integrate with the jawbone before the permanent version is made.
Individuals visiting from Victorville should know that same-day teeth refers to an initial temporary bridge rather than the permanent fix. During the initial three to four months of osteointegration, maintaining a soft food diet remains essential. While teeth in a day accurately depicts your immediate surgical outcome, your final customized appliance is crafted only after Dr. Tsvetov verifies proper osseous integration.
Dr. Tsvetov focuses on fixed, nonremovable restorations when a patient is eligible, rather than attachments that must be taken out each night. The smaller-diameter posts used in some removable systems are not the type of foundation he recommends for this treatment.
Our practice does not provide mini dental implants or deliver traditional snap-in options. What patients sometimes call All-on-4® dentures are fixed bridges at our office, held in place by conventional posts. Here, All-on-4® dental involves planning a stable, full-size foundation and coordinating a permanent prosthesis after healing. We can explain why this distinction matters and whether a fixed approach suits your jaw.
